Located on the ground floor, this efficiency unit includes a queen bed, flat screen T.V. and DVD player, full mini-kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with chairs and a private bath with shower. While not a Gulf View unit, the front door is just steps from the beach. This suite sleeps up to 2 guests.

Located on the ground floor, this efficiency unit includes a queen bed, TV, VCR/DVD player, full mini-kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with two chairs and a private bath with shower. The room has a large bay window with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Outside the front door, we have a grill area with patio furniture only steps away from the beach. Located on the ground floor, this deluxe efficiency includes a small living room with a full size pull out sofa, dining table with 2 chairs, flat screen T.V. & DVD player, mini-kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, a separate bedroom with a queen bed, and a private bath with shower. In addition, this unit is centrally located and just steps from the beach, pool, parking and boat docks. This room sleeps 4 guests comfortably.

Located on the ground floor, this efficiency unit opens onto our beautiful Tropical Courtyard and includes two twin beds that are converted to a King size bed but can also be separated into twins if needed, TV, VCR/DVD player, full mini-kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, dinette table with two chairs and a private bath with shower. There is also a futon sofa that can be converted to an extra sleeping space for a small child. While not a Gulf View unit you can see the water when you step outside your door as the Tropical Courtyard opens directly onto the beach. This room sleeps up to 2 guests.
