Unit 12: Deluxe Beach View Suite
Room Details (Max Guests: 4; 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa Bed)
Located on the second floor, this deluxe one-bedroom unit has a picture window that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and a private deck that has a Gulf view as well. This unit includes a living room, separate bedroom, full kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with chairs at the picture window so you can enjoy the Gulf views and/or sunset during your meals and a private bath with shower. The bedding includes a King bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Entertainment includes a flat screen TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests. There is limited space where you could add a roll-a-way to accommodate a fifth guest.
Unit 14: Deluxe Beach View Suite
Room Details (Max Guests: 4; 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa Bed)
This suite is the most popular suite on the property, especially for special events such as honeymoons, anniversaries, etc. It is actually the largest one-bedroom unit we have on the property - it is even larger than our 2 bedroom. It includes a living room with flat screen TV, and it has 2 large picture windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom also has a large picture window overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It has a full kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with chairs, a separate bedroom with a king bed & flat screen TV, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a large private bath with shower. This unit offers total privacy and is very quiet. This suite sleeps up to 4 guests. There is plenty of room for a roll-away if you need to accommodate a family of 5.
Unit 15: Deluxe Beach View Suite

Located on the ground floor, and the largest of our one-bedroom suites, this suite includes a living room with flat screen TV and picture window facing the Gulf of Mexico. It has a full kitchen, 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with chairs, a separate bedroom with a king sized bed & flat screen TV, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a private bath with shower. There is a patio table with 4 chairs right outside your door that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The front door is just steps from the beach. This suite is very popular with families due to the extra space. This suite sleeps up to 4 guests.
Unit 19: Beachside One Bedroom

Located on the ground floor, this deluxe one-bedroom suite opens into our beautiful Tropical Courtyard and includes a living room with flat screen TV, full mini-kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with chairs, a separate bedroom with a Queen bed & TV, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a private bath with shower. While not a Gulf View suite you can see the water when you step outside your door as the Tropical Courtyard opens directly onto the beach. In addition, this unit is centrally located and just steps from the beach, pool, parking and boat docks. This suite sleeps up to 4 guests.

Located on the ground floor and at the end of our beautiful Tropical Courtyard, this suite is one of the most popular suites on the property with a large picture window facing the Gulf of Mexico in the living room and bedroom. It includes a living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, full mini-kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with chairs, a separate bedroom with a queen bed and TV, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and a private bath with shower. Located on the ground floor, this one-bedroom suite is conveniently located on the bayside of our property, just steps from the pool, boat docks and beach. This suite includes a living room with a smart flat screen TV, full kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils and service, table with chairs, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed & flat screen TV, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well as an extra twin size bed that acts as a daybed couch during the day and an extra sleeping space at night, private bath with shower, covered porch, and parking conveniently located in front of your suite. This suite sleeps up to 5 guests.
